MHADA required a centralized digital billing and payment automation system to simplify how residents paid housing-related dues while reducing operational dependency on manual reconciliation and billing processes. The existing workflow involved time-consuming backend operations, delayed payment verification, and a high volume of payment-related escalations that affected efficiency and user experience.

We contributed to the development of an end-to-end e-Billing and payment automation platform designed to streamline bill generation, online payment collection, and backend reconciliation workflows for MHADA. The platform enabled residents to securely pay dues online while providing administrators with a robust management system for bill processing, transaction tracking, and payment reconciliation. Real-time payment gateway reconciliation significantly reduced operational issues and improved collection efficiency across the system.
